Micah 7:16-18

¹⁶ Nations ^(A)will see and be ashamed
Of all their might.
They will ^(B)put their hand on their mouth,
Their ears will be deaf.
¹⁷ They will ^(C)lick the dust like a serpent,
Like ^(D)reptiles of the earth.
They will come ^(E)trembling out of their ^[a]fortresses;
To the Lord our God they will come in ^(F)dread
And they will be afraid before You.
¹⁸ Who is a God like You, who ^(G)pardons iniquity
And passes over the rebellious act of the ^(H)remnant of His ^[b]possession?
He does not ^(I)retain His anger forever,
Because He ^(J)delights in ^[c]unchanging love.
